Dommage, la toile devient un lieu de plus en plus violent ou l'on se fait agresser verbalement dès qu'on a l'audace d'émettre un avis. L’incompréhension de certains, et le respect dû aux internautes, nous amène à préciser certains points concernant la situation actuelle. L'impératif d'une sous-traitance, pour cause de surcharge de travail, a conduit à un désaccord financier avec l'artiste (500 euros/mois pour la gestion du site, des réseau sociaux afférents, de la création de visuels, de la captation et modification de vidéo).
Le coût du site n'ayant jamais été supporté par ce dernier, malgré un début d'investissement sur le contenu, de sa part et de son assistant, il nous a été sommé de mettre fin à nos activités liées à son nom ; la marque "Lambert Wilson" étant déposée à l'Inpi en 2016, nous précise-t-on. A défaut, une assignation pour usurpation d'identité nous serait transmise, en méconnaissance totale des règles relatives aux noms de domaine.
Acheté en 2004 à un cybersquatteur américain, on nous demande de libérer le nom de domaine (après la captation du site par HTTrack), de faire fi du travail effectué et des différents frais d'exploitation.
Face à la hargne intolérable, l'outrecuidance démesurée et l'intimidation mesquine, nous suspendons l'accès au site dans l'attente d'un compromis équitable.
Nous sommes désolés par cette escalade aberrante, singulière et indépendante de notre volonté.
Le créateur, administrateur et balayeur du site (ami intime de 20 ans de Lambert Wilson).Evitons de confondre gentillesse et ineptie. Rassurez-moi, l'abnégation financière n'est pas votre seconde nature ?

Je suis donc désolé de comprendre que malheureusement il subit des "agressions", j'en suis sincèrement désolé pour lui.
